1) Target: Marketing and Distribution costs & What products do poor people in Mexican rural/remote places really need?
What are the important products, beyond Tortillas and Modello, the Courier agents can deliver to the end consumer as their trusted Sales/Financing - Business Agent? Products that BoP consumers need but don't have enough cash to purchase in one-time payment.
Affordability - What critical products can we make affordable using easy flexible payments? e.g. Cellphone?
Convenience - What critical products make sense delivering at home on a one-time or monthly basis? e.g. Prescription Medicines

Marketing and Distribution costs report talks about Ferrebastones S.A wholesaler sourcing from suppliers like Philips, what kind of products? Do they fit into the product space we are thinking about?
2) Target: The m-Logistics stakeholder ecosystem team,
For products like TVs/Cellphones/Medicines, will the Brand/WholeSaler/Retail chain be willing to work with a third-party company (here is where I see our venture MoMa team) to help sell to an end consumer? What products can be shipped/sold from Brand(Sony, Samsung) to consumer through us, what can be shipped from warehouse (Ferrebastones?) to consumer through us?
on related note, who will be most interested in the Consumer Marketing/Credit data we generate? Brands? WholeSalers? Popular retail chains?
3)Target: The industry of independent, informal couriers in Mexico
* What kind of delivery vehicles do these couriers have today? If it varies from a motor-bike to a mini-Truck, what is the distribution like?

* Can the Courier, given appropriate training, transform to a Business Agent?
- Skill/Education Level?
- Socio-economic status?
- Trustworthy?
- Other cultural or other barriers?
