NextLabbers,

There are still teams that have not fulfilled the requirements due last week. I am giving you an extension for this Thursday noon, which is when the 2009 Strategy Document is due. I will become concerned for any team that does not have the following by then:

1. Designated your Accountability Officers for the team and uploaded them at http://nextlab.mit.edu/teamrole
2. Created a mailing list for your team under the format: nextlabspring2009-team____@mit.edu, and sent it to nextlabstaff@mit.edu
3. Had enough contact with the Project Partner to understand the details of the project, at least from its own point of view (you may differ, but must at least be fully informed)
4. Met with Ted (or any other NextLab advisor)
5. Decided on a simple, catchy team name that reflects your objective
6. Uploaded the 2009 Strategy Document
