Dear MoCA Team:
We (www.rti.org) are starting a new project in the Philippines in Tarlac Province. The project includes many partners, including the RTI-led USAID HealthGov project. The project will work with a local university to adapt open source software for use in rural health units to manage patient records. (See http://www.wikipedia.org/zeprs and http://www.rtidemo.org for related information.) We understand MoCA will be tested in the Philippines in concert with OpenMRS. We would love to discuss potential collaboration.

I am developing my senior thesis, suggesting the use of cellular phones as an innovative method in farmworker health research to complete successful long-term evaluations and delivery of health interventions. Would you be able to offer any suggestions or literature for me? Please feel free to email me if you get a chance. Thanks, My-Linh
